CBRE inaugurates special education and health care services in India

CBRE South Asia has announced the launch of specialized business services to promote the education and health related real estate services across India, creating enormous investment opportunities and growth potential.

The healthcare and education sectors have witnessed a massive boom owing to an emerging middle class, accelerated adoption of digital technologies like telemedicine and ed-tech, and an increased inflow of FDI over the last two decades.

As per credible reports, the educational sector will rise to USD 225 billion through FY2025 and the healthcare sector will reach USD 400 billion by 2023.

Cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Chennai will drive the growth further.

For the uninitiated, CBRE aims to deliver diversified, state-of-the-art services which will assist in reimaged real estate deliverables expected by major businesses within these domains.

Meanwhile, a team of specialists will provide market analysis, strategic advisory, valuations, feasibility along with transactional services.

Anshuman Magazine, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of South-East Asia, India, Africa, Middle East at CBRE, stated that they are receiving considerable interest in education as well as healthcare with immense expansion anticipated during the coming years.

CBRE is determined to support clients in operations like transaction to portfolio optimization, advisory, benchmarking operations, and risk mitigation to provide outstanding patient experiences in engaging, safe, and high-performing environments.

Ram Chandnani, Managing Director, Advisory and Transaction Services at CBRE India, commented that with the top 7 cities on priority, the services will assist in delivering the best performance to single-specialty players, full-service hospitals as well as wellness, diagnostic, and pharma and health-tech players.

Reportedly, Peush Jain, Senior ED, Healthcare, Investment Sales and Education, CBRE India, stated that the firm’s focus on education and healthcare sectors will help clients receive exceptional services and achieve enhanced financial efficiencies.

For the record, CBRE has already managed around 19 million square feet and over 10 million square feet in the education and healthcare domain, providing services to 50 clients each.
