3CLogic focuses on global expansion, declares Series B funding round

Cloud contact center solution provider 3CLogic has apparently declared a Series B financing round worth USD 9 million. Reliable reports claim that the round was mainly led by True Blue Partners and Capitan Investment Partners, while the other participants included Force 3 Partners, Blu Ventures, and more.

As per sources familiar with the knowledge of the matter, the company will use the funding amount to fast-track its expansion globally, and is planning to retain a special focus on Global 2000 enterprise companies that are working to digitally transform their customer services and support teams.

Tony Rickert, Managing Partner, Capitan Investment Partners, has been quoted to state that the establishment is thrilled to join 3CLogic’s current investor portfolio and lead this funding round. Capitan has been following 3CLogic for a while now and is rather taken in with the firm’s go-to-market strategy and team, Rickert says, adding that the cloud contact center solution provider is right amidst important technological trends including AI, speech analytics, and digital transformation.

Denis Seynhaeve, CEO , 3CLogic, has been quoted to say that most organizations as on today are looking out for maximizing the performance of their agents through automation of repetitive and manual tasks, in order to concentrate on more crucial employee or customer requirements. While digital channels remain a pivotal part of this strategy, voice will be the most important part of customer engagement, especially when the digital options seem insufficient, Seynhaeve adds.

3CLogic, as a part of its strategy, is focusing on helping huge enterprises integrate voice features as well as functionality, such as reporting, intelligent call routing, CTI, speech analytics, and IVR, with their system of record – like MS Dynamics or ServiceNow. Additionally, its Hybrid Cloud offering also enables organizations to adopt cloud-enabled flexibility – like the ability to work remotely while simultaneously leveraging PBX environments.
