CBRE inaugurates special education and health care services in India

CBRE South Asia has announced the launch of specialized business services to promote the education and health related real estate services across India, creating enormous investment opportunities and growth potential.

The healthcare and education sectors have witnessed a massive boom owing to an emerging middle class, accelerated adoption of digital technologies like telemedicine and ed-tech, and an increased inflow of FDI over the last two decades.

As per credible reports, the educational sector will rise to USD 225 billion through FY2025 and the healthcare sector will reach USD 400 billion by 2023.

Cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Chennai will drive the growth further.
